I’m over at Michelle DeRusha’s place today sharing a poem and giving her a BIG hug as she releases her book: Spiritual Misfit.
Michelle and I met online as part of an (in)courage writers’ group, and then I got to hug her in person at the Allume Conference. We also had the chance to talk more on a retreat at Laity Lodge in Texas last fall. Her book released a few weeks ago and I was lucky enough to get an advanced copy. I love her heart and her story of how the book was one she never intended to write.
Michelle is so genuine and I LOVED her honest memoir. I snorted with laughter and cried, nodding “yes” through the entire thing.
